Coaching Services: Unless otherwise indicated, tuition and other service payments are not refundable but can be transferred and used within 60 days. For coaching clients we require 48-hour notice to reschedule an appointment and not forfeit the session.
Monthly services are automatically billed — either the same day of the month you first started on a recurring basis OR at the beginning of the month (pro-rated when needed).

Business services for other companies: Payment or deposit in advance as negotiated and specified in agreement or contract.
